How to dial Ethiopia from the USA
011 251 · local number
- From a landline in the United States: dial the exit code 011, then the country code 251, then the local number without any leading zero.
- From a mobile: type +251 and the local number — the plus sign replaces the exit code on every mobile phone, wherever you are.
- With eFon: open the app, choose Ethiopia, enter the number and call — the app adds the country code for you.
Examples: the mobile number +251 91 123 4567 in Ethiopia is dialled as 011 251 91 123 4567 from a landline in the United States (or +251 91 123 4567 from a mobile); the Addis Ababa landline +251 11 518 2345 becomes 011 251 11 518 2345.

Loved by callers worldwide
Real reviews from eFon users on the App Store and Google Play.
You don't need internet to call everywhere in the world, I love it because you can connect with your family regardless of whether they have a connection or not, what saved me is that it comes with a gift balance, thank you, very good app.
Worked perfectly. Had to make some calls to Canada from Ireland and this app was exactly what I was looking for.
The app is the best app to make international calls and low rate to Nigeria, very clear when talking with it and they do what they say. I have used the free credit the gave and about to recharge it .I love it
Very good app. fast connection, no noises & both end to end clear communication, reasonable price in comparison to others. Very satisfied, thank you
this app very good for me call with Bangladesh but voice quality some time up and down please fix it 🙏
call quality is usually good, & costs less than other international calling apps
It costs yes, but honestly all I have is gratitude. The price I am charged is really low for the benefit i recieve and the quality of the calls. I would have been so lost without it. my only negative comment is that if I open certain apps like my bank, it instantly disconnects the call. The negative thought is absorbable for the overall package. That being said, if that could be fixed then I'd find it perfect.
Great app crystal clear , my cousin has a stage 4 cancer right now and I needed this to coordinate her final days , thanks for creating this. It does need few improvements. Subscription or adding credits could be more functional as you have to try so many times to add credit. It’s a few cliches that’s resolvable above all I will still give it five stars
Great app. Cheap call rates, works with landlines and mobiles, good call quality, and easy to use. Saved me a lot of money calling a parent from North America on a recent trip.
