I would have been so lost without it. my only negative comment is that if I open certain apps like my bank, it instantly disconnects the call. The negative thought is absorbable for the overall package. That being said, if that could be fixed then I'd find it perfect.
It was bad in the beginning but I got tec support and I hope it continues. It seems fine. Actually I found care from their tec support for several times and this is something valuable. They kept responding until it is all fine.
